Rental Policies & Terms
Everything You Need to Know
From payment and delivery logistics to cancellations and rental periods, the policies below are designed to be clear, fair, and predictable so you can book with confidence.
Security Deposit
We do not charge a traditional security deposit. However, by placing an order, you authorize us to charge the card on file for items that are lost, stolen, or returned damaged beyond normal wear.
Full-Service Rentals (Delivery)
- Orders over $1200 may be canceled more than 30 days before the delivery date for a full refund
- Orders under $1200 may be canceled more than 7 days before the delivery date for a full refund
- Cancellations made after these windows are non-refundable
Self-Serve Rentals (Pickup & Return)
- Orders are paid in full upon approval
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable
- No-shows are treated as same-day cancellations
Rush Orders
Orders placed close to the requested delivery or pickup date may be considered rush orders and may incur additional fees. Any applicable rush fees are calculated automatically and shown in your quote or checkout before approval.
Minimums
- If your subtotal is below the minimum, an automatic surcharge will be added to meet the minimum.
- For full-service delivery orders, a $300 minimum (including delivery & applicable fees) applies and will be reflected in your quote
- For self-serve chair rentals picked up at our location, the minimum is $50
Delivery & Pickup
- We deliver throughout NYC and the tri-state area
- Standard delivery and pickup occur within a 4-hour window
- Optional 1-hour windows and off-hour service are available for an additional fee
- Complimentary setup and breakdown are included unless otherwise noted
Outdoor Use
Our rentals can be used outdoors, but all items must be kept off wet ground and protected from rain. If rain is forecasted, we strongly recommend having a backup plan such as a tent or indoor space.
Rental Period
The standard rental period is one day. Additional days may be charged at 15% per day, depending on availability and scheduling.
Order Changes
You may request adjustments to your order — increasing or decreasing quantities — up to 48 hours before delivery, subject to availability. Changes requested after this window may not be accommodated.
Setup, Breakdown & Storage
We provide complimentary setup and breakdown of all rented furniture.
Please:
- Share a floor plan or layout preference if available
- Clear tables of food and décor prior to breakdown
- Lean folded tables and chairs securely against a wall or vertical support when not in use
- Stack chairs safely; tables should not be stacked without protective material between them
Stairs, Elevators & Hard-to-Reach Locations
Our furniture is designed to be portable, and we regularly navigate NYC’s tight spaces — stairs, narrow doors, and elevators.

- For complex deliveries, we may need to adjust your quote to include additional labor or equipment
